TERMS OF SERVICE
Clear terms for clear access.
These Terms govern the purchase and use of ATLAS MYX, including its TradingView invite-only indicator, dashboard features, support services and related digital access.
1. The ATLAS service
ATLAS is a chart-based decision-support and educational product. It organises technical market information such as trend, entry state, momentum, support and risk. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, manage portfolios or provide personalised financial advice.
2. Eligibility and account details
You must provide accurate contact and TradingView account information. Access is personal to the registered customer and may not be shared, resold, copied, reverse engineered or transferred without written permission.
3. Subscription and activation
ATLAS MYX plans provide 365 days of access unless another duration is stated at checkout. Activation begins after successful payment and verification of the supplied TradingView username. Customers must accept TradingView's invite-only access before using ATLAS.
4. Payments and renewal
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit and may include time-limited promotional pricing. Access does not automatically renew unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Payment processing is handled by an authorised third-party payment provider.
5. Service availability
We aim to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. TradingView availability, market-data changes, maintenance, security work or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the service.
6. Fair use and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for account sharing, unauthorised redistribution, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or breach of these Terms. Any refund will be assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
7. Liability and market decisions
All trading decisions remain solely yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kolektiva Prestige Enterprise and ATLAS are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect losses or decisions made using dashboard outputs.
